Lake Tahoe Triathlon Camp

May 30 - June 4, 2024

Are you an enthusiastic triathlete who wants to learn and improve? Do you want to benefit from in person coaching from experienced coaches? Would you like your swim, bike and run form analyzed? Do you like training in a fun group environment in a beautiful setting with like-minded athletes? Do you like eating good food after training? Would you like someone else to take care of all the details for you?

If so, then this fully inclusive, first class camp is for you!

Camp package includes:

  • 5 nights’ accommodation in a stunning vacation home in the beautiful Lake Tahoe area

  • Fresh, healthy meals designed for athletes and prepared by our own firehouse chef Kyle

  • Transfers to/from Reno airport

  • Bike services (bike build and breakdown and CO2 cartridges for use during camp) 

  • A personal interview before camp to understand your goals and current training and race plans

  • Coaching in all aspects of swim, bike and run with an emphasis on skills and form

  • Individual swim stroke analysis and feedback on biking and running form with videos taken during the camp and sent to you afterwards with feedback

  • Two swim sessions, four bike sessions (including the iconic ride around Lake Tahoe) and two run sessions

  • Educational sessions covering transitions, nutrition and recovery

  • Opportunities for Q & A with the coaches and networking/socializing with other athletes

We take care of all the details and arrangements so that you can focus on learning, training, recovering and having fun.
